Since Breanna was very young she enjoyed painting, drawing, scultping, molding metal, burning wood, digital art, styling hair and anything she could do to be creative. About 10 years ago, she has was intruiged with holistic living and found a love in practicing yoga. She has grown her knowledge in holistic living from reading, discussions, and through studying cosmetology (the study of hair, skin and nails) at Aveda Insitute of Orlando, where they also teach some ayurvedic ways of living. One of the world's oldest holistic, whole-body, healing systems, developed thousands of years ago in India, ayurvedics is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. She has continued to practice yoga through the years and says it has helped her as a whole. As a firm believer in the body's ability to heal itself, she strives to help people heal physically, mentally, and spiritually. "Our mind, bodies, and souls are like swiss cheese; even with a strict diet, exercise, good thoughts, and kind hearted actions we have to fill those holes. We can fill those holes by finding balance with implicating the right tools. Tools like an outlet, such as painting, with supplements for vitamins or minerals our foods lack, and nutrients to feed our skin as it is our largest organ."
